She spent several times writing her books in the cafe while taking care of her baby. She used to go walking with her baby and would get a chance to write when her infant fell asleep. After completing the three chapters of her first book, she sent her manuscript to the several publishers, but got rejected every time. She sent 12 different publishers, but she received only the rejection message and almost lost her confidence. Finally, the editor of Bloomsbury Publishing sat down and read the manuscript approved to publish her first book only after his 8-year daughter was curious to read that manuscript.
