Never give up ( Inspiring story of KFC)

brother and sister. He escaped from his 
home after her mother second marriage because his stepfather beat him. He falsified his date of birth in order to have a job and started serving in US Army only at the age of !5. After having some stable income he married at the age of 18 years. He got three children of his early age. He was fired from his job because of insubordination and his wife went back to her parent's home with children. Her brother had written to him a letter where he said : “She had no business marrying a no-good fellow like you who can’t hold a job”.

Only about the age of 40,Sanders had already changed several occupations that he got fired every time whenever he had joined his job. He was disappointed in his life for failing and having a life of not enough wealth at that age and no entertainment. Even though he had saved little money until that age and thought he had a skill of cooking chicken with new idea, which was different from whatever people were cooking. He started serving a fried chicken in the small kitchen in Kentucky,  soon the fried chicken become famous and popular among the people. He had started that kitchen as the name of Kentucky Fried Chicken and it was called KFC.

A significant changes arrived in his life and life become little better after then. He was honored by Government of Kentucky at that age of 45. He still  had to face various difficulties. He married a second time, but again divorced and he lost his property because of the collapse and depression. He had to sale his property while he was at the age of 66 and almost broke again.

He kept a faith to himself and never gave up doing his business. It became very difficult to settle his business back, but he tried keeping the recipe for the different restaurants and made several franchises with that later on. Gradually the Kentucky Fried Chicken took the glorious business and after realizing the different failure he succeeded  at the end of his life and died at that age of 90.


Now the chain of more than 39,00 restaurants of KFC operates in more than 80 countries around the world. Therefore, never give up your hope even though you fail today. Keep on faith on you and keep on doing something creative; you will definitely grab the success one day. This is an inspiring lesson from the life of Colonial Harland Sanders that we have learned.
